Cheated - Where do I go from here? :(

I have had a really long week, I will keep it short and simple. Been out of town with family and cheating for the past 3-4 days. Yes, I feel horrible and it was due to emotional stress, traveling with 3 children and eating whatever was the quickest and easiest at the moment. I still took my HCG, when I remembered. Now, I am not sure if I was tempted by so much due to stress, not drinking enough water or the new bottle of HCG I purchased wasn't working as strong as the last. I have done really good for the past 3 weeks, still down 15 pounds and that is including the 5 I have gained by cheating. Sometimes my days are so tough I feel like taking 10 drops every 3 hours to stop the temptation and hunger! But I haven't done that. So anyways, do I continue on and get back on track with my VLCD? Or start over? Not sure what to do at this point but feel guilty! Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Tricia

Oh what a Onederful and Crazy life....

As you all know I have been looking forward to Onederland for so long and have been slowly moving ounce by ounce to this first goal. As of yesterday I was at 200.8 and just knew I would make it by at least Wednesday. And what better day than St. Patrick's Day! Yesterday after reading a few post about stalls and getting things moving I decided to try the egg and spinach recipe. Actually, I had a cabbage wrap for lunch and 1 egg, 2 egg whites, spinach and onions for dinner. Now this morning I could not believe my eyes when I stepped on the scale, not only could I not believe what I was seeing I had to go get my camera. Not to mention I am running around naked looking for a camera and still half asleep. Thank goodness my alarm goes off before my kids. Lol No luck, so I used my cell phone. Stepped back on the scale and it says 200.8, WTH? Ok it was 6 am and I did not give my scale enough time to restart. My scale monitors Body Fat, weight before, loss, goal etc... I thought I was going to cry, before I realized what it was doing. So I stepped off, restarted it, stepped back on to see 198.8! Ok then I cried, laughed and did the happy dance. Lol Isn't it amazing how something so simple or so small can mean so much to us? A crazy, exciting and Onederful morning in Onederland. I feel like a new person.

*Oh and I attached the picture, I still can't believe it!

Not very motivated today - Chugging along....

Today I am struggling to stay motivated and not eat everything in the pantry that I can name in alphabetical order! I think I have caught a cold and that has allot to do with the way I am feeling today. I just feel so drained and weak, like my body isn't getting enough of something. I will make sure I take all my supplements today and focus on my water intake to flush some of this discouragement out of me! The scale has been moving slowly lately, not as much as in the first week but I am not complaining. I will take every ounce I can get, can't wait to see ONEDERLAND! Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Here are my current stats:

3/1 - SW 215.6
3/2 - 216.0 *Load Day 1
3/3 - 218.0 *Load Day 2
3/4 - 216.6 *VLCD
3/5 - 211.0
3/6 - 208.0
3/7 - 206.0 (TOM)
3/8 - 205.4
3/9 - 204.4
3/10 - 203.4 (Wine)

R1P2 - Day 9 - Lessons Learned

Today is a good, last night was tough and I have a couple regrets but lessons learned. Yesterday was a tough day for me, I was really hungry most of the day and tempted by so much. I tried drinking more water, eating my snack a little earlier and even walked 15 mins on the treadmill for distraction. I guess it was the grilled pork chops and mac & cheese I cooked for my family that was the issue. It's like a drug, a serious addiction and I have come to realize that every day of my life will be a struggle and its up to me to make a difference. The vicious cycle of over eating, binging, indulging in things that will only make me feel worse and depressed later has stopped. Although as I mentioned I do have some regrets, I did have a glass of wine. It was so yummy and I was very relaxed, it felt great. I'm not a big drinker and usually only have an occasional glass of wine on date night :)
I think after that one glass, I was drunk. Lol It's funny how the effects of something can take a toll on your body, your healthy detoxed body at that. After that, I was out like a light and missed my 9:30 pm drops :( another regret. I woke up around midnight and downed a bottle of water and went back to bed, figured I would just start over in the morning. As this has all settled in now and I realize that it was OK and today is another day. I was actually proud of myself for a minute and felt like I won. After all I could have ate that box of girl scout cookies in my pantry. Lol The will power to have a glass of wine over carbs, sugar or starches is a huge step for me. Eventually over time it will get better and I will continue to make healthier choices. I know that there is a possibility that I will run into a slight stall now with my weightloss but overall, today is day 9 and I am down a total of 12.2 pounds. This experience is nothing I have ever done before but have learned so much about myself, my lifestyle and the choices that I made and continue to make on a daily basis. Lessons learned is what makes me a stronger person and I will keep moving forward to beat this addiction that I fight every day.

Onederland Anyone

I started out at 215-218ish and today I am 208 on day 5. I am so excited and feel great, better than I have felt in a long time. I know allot of people have set different goals for their weight loss and all I can think of us getting under 200. Onederland to me is a huge step. I have struggled with my weight all my life, which I know allot of us have as well. My highest was 240 and I did Atkins and got down to 180, that was tough but as you can see over the past 8 years I have slowly started to gain it back. So now I am terrified of 200 range, who wouldn't be! Lol Although I have tried allot of diets and been motivated before, in 5 days the HCG diet protocol has taught me self motivation, restriction and portion control. This is something I have never been able to accomplish and going forward I am thankful for! So Onederland here I come! Who is gonna join me?
