Day 2 - Feeling weird

Well today is loading day 2 and I had a weird night. I woke up at 2 am hungry, not sure if I was suppose to eat something or not, but I did. Hope that is temporary, and just a early phase side effect! Other than that and a couple headaches today, I'm doing ok. I think the headaches are signs everything is going forward and doing it's thing. Right? We will see. I am preparred to start my VLCD and thinking positive, I know I can do this and will do this. If I can just get the first week down and see a difference, I will be ok. I haven't shared my HCG diet decision with anyone, other than here. However, I do feel bad for not sharing any information with my husband, as of yet. I know he will be supportive, just not sure if he will like the way this diet works and he is my weakness. He wants something, he gets it. Id I want it, he gets it, I need support as in sticking to my way of eating and lifestyle changes. I'm sure time will tell and lots of prayers. Wish me luck! :)
